Some Swing Problems and Remedial Technique

   01. Fabric Damage due to needle

   Causes:-

·        Fabric Can Damage due to Defective Needle Point.

·        Fabric Getting Melted due to needle getting heat because when needle go up and down it will automatically getting heat.

·        Fabric can damage due to damage throat plate.

  Remedies:-

·        Needle Size Should be matched with fabric yarn as per requirement.

·        Needle point should be check before stitching garments as per requirement.

·        Can use Chromium plate needle or special needle if possible.

·        Can use silicon oil to the stitching thread or by directing a compressed airflow to the needle.

·        Blunt Needle, Damage needle or wasted needle to be change with regular check by quality staff.

·        As per Fabric construction to be use require type of machine.

       02. Skip Stitch

   Causes:-

·        Due to use Wrong rotary hook timing

·        When Needle or Machine vibrate at that time it can happen.

·        Due to too much tight of tension on the top thread.

·        When rotary hook cannot catch the needle loop.

·        Improper or wrong feeding.

·        The Thread not compatible with the needle size.

·        If Thread size can’t be changed use lubricant.

   Remedies:-

·        Carefully Setup Machine feed timing.

·        Reduce Or fixed thread tension.

·        Balance the thread tension of the needle with the bobbin.

·        Thread the machine correctly.

·        Fix the needle to the right direction.

·        Use Required Needle as per thread and fabric.

·        If the thread size cannot be change then need to use lubricant for the easy flow of the thread to through needle.

        03. Loose Stitch

      

         Causes:-

·        Incorrect Tension.

·        If the Thread not matching with the fabric.

·        If use Wrong thread to the machine.

·        If dirt accumulates on bobbing or tension disc.

     Remedies:-

·        Need to check needle and bobbin thread tension before started work.

·        Balance thread and tension

·        Need to use required thread as per buyer demand.

·        Check the thread of the machine.

        04.Needle breaks

    Causes:-

·        If use Wrong Size needle

·        If looper touching with the needle.

·        Too Small needle hole on throat plate.

·        Wrong feed timing.

·        Bent needle

·        Blunt needle.

   Remedies:-

·        Need To be fixed correct needle

·        Need To be fixed feed timing

·        Need to clean machine as well.
